Wednesday 16. Apr 2025
Arrival of all delegations at their respective hotels.Lunch.
From midday to 3.00 pm in the Congress hall: Registration and delivery of the illustrative material of the tournament
3.30 pm Opening ceremony . Team parade, athlete’s Oath, national Anthems
5.00 pm Start of qualifying. Dinner and free afternoon for excursions and visits*

Breakfast. From 09.00 am free transportation from hotel to the sport venue, Jaz sport center: Qualifying matches as scheduled. Lunch packet. Dinner and free afternoon for excursions and visits*
Friday 18. Apr 2025
Breakfast. From 09.00 am free transportation from hotel to the sport venue, Jaz sport center: Qualifying matches as scheduled. Lunch packet. Dinner and free afternoon for excursions and visits*. Good bye party in one of night clubs on the beach.

The fees is per person, for 3 nights. The Package include Accommodation as chosen in Full Board and Tournament organisation costs .
